Education Innovation Center

The Institute for Educational Innovation consists of the Center for Teaching and Learning Development, the Education Accreditation Center, the Non-coursework Integration Center, the Distance Learning Support Center, and the SU-PREME Center. Through the development and dissemination of diverse teaching and learning methods, the development and dissemination of core competencies, accreditation of curricula and courses, and support projects for e-class and e-learning, we are doing our best to provide the best educational services needed by faculty and students.

University Job Center Headquarters

The University Job Center Headquarters is an organization directly under the President and consists of the Employment and Career Support Center, the Field Training Support Center, and the Startup Support Center. The Startup Support Center includes the Entrepreneurship Education Center, the Student Startup Incubation Center, and the Makerspace. Sahmyook University is working tirelessly for students’ employment and entrepreneurship.

AI Convergence Education Institute

Sahmyook University AI Convergence Education Institute provides systematic programs from basic literacy to major studies and convergence applications, with the goal of expanding AI·SW education to all students. In particular, it focuses on convergence education in the health sciences field and supports students in acquiring practical AI·SW competencies beyond the boundaries of their majors.

Academic Information Service Center

The Academic Information Institute, which includes the Academic Information Team and the Information Systems Team, manages on-campus academic information including the library and oversees the entire IT infrastructure. We will provide the best services in step with the rapidly changing digital environment.

Glocal Social Innovation Institute

The Glocal Social Innovation Institute supports student growth and careers by developing and operating various service-learning (spiritual education, experiential education, caring education) programs and platforms, and organically connecting university members (students, faculty, staff) with the local community.

SU Human Rights Center

Our Center was established to protect the human rights of members, enhance their rights and interests, and foster a gender-equal university culture and educational environment. The SU Human Rights Center provides education to prevent human rights violations and sexual harassment·sexual violence, and offers immediate response and counseling for incidents that occur on campus. Our doors are always open. You can receive counseling for your concerns through various methods such as phone, email, or an in-person visit.

Institutional Review Board (IRB)

The Institutional Review Board (IRB) is an autonomous, independent ethics committee established at institutions that require the securing of bioethics and safety in handling research involving humans or human-derived materials, so as to appropriately protect researchers and research participants through review of research protocols and, during the conduct of research, investigation and oversight of research processes and results.

Reserve Battalion

The purpose of organizing the Reserve Forces/Civil Defense is to reduce the burden on students and faculty/staff arising from assignment to local reserve units and to enhance the substance of education and training and operations through organization and management.
