The purpose of Food Science and Biotechnology Department is to cultivate professional multi-player who can lead new trends based on specialized knowledge about food and bio-industry, and to produce talented scientists with cosmopolitan outlook and creative leadership as well as practical skills by conducting the specialization training necessary for the food industry.

|I started the graduate school master’s course in order to achieve the dream which I set as my goal. The content of food and nutrition is a fun and new experience.
I challenge new experiments and read many papers.
Both my professors and my graduate friends are kind to me and help me out with things I don’t know.
