The purpose of Food Science and Biotechnology Department is to cultivate professional multi-player who can lead new trends based on specialized knowledge about food and bio-industry, and to produce talented scientists with cosmopolitan outlook and creative leadership as well as practical skills by conducting the specialization training necessary for the food industry.

  1. Talented leaders with international competitiveness capable of comprehensive thinking and practice skills through the reinforcement of specialization curriculum, and further coping with various situations based on professional knowledge.
  2. Pioneers who can lead the enterprise management through understanding the whole area of food industry.
