The purpose of Food Science and Biotechnology Department is to cultivate professional multi-player who can lead new trends based on specialized knowledge about food and bio-industry, and to produce talented scientists with cosmopolitan outlook and creative leadership as well as practical skills by conducting the specialization training necessary for the food industry.
- Talented leaders with international competitiveness capable of comprehensive thinking and practice skills through the reinforcement of specialization curriculum, and further coping with various situations based on professional knowledge.
- Pioneers who can lead the enterprise management through understanding the whole area of food industry.
