2024 Summer SU Internship – Standard Field Training Semester Program Trainee Recruitment_Finketch (4 months)

■ Notice on Recruiting Trainees ■

1. Purpose: To cultivate talent demanded by companies by providing enrolled students with enhanced employment competencies and pre-employment workplace experience, thereby offering learning of workplace organizational culture and practical work experience.

2. Eligibility: Enrolled 3rd–4th year students

3. Practicum period:  2024.9.2.~2024.12.31.

4. Training support allowance (per month): 75% of the 2024 minimum wage (KRW 1,546,000)

5. Credit recognition: For participation in the 4-month program, 12 credits will be recognized as (Major Elective).

※ If you wish to participate in the training, submission of a department chair recommendation letter from your affiliated department is required (see attached file).

**If you have a history of participating in programs such as the internship program, Blue Ladder, etc., inquiries regarding credit awarding are required!!**

• Training content: Business manners, pre-workplace adaptation training, etc.
