Submission Deadline: By 3:00 PM, Friday, June 20, 2025 (No extensions)2. Submission Location: Graduate School Academic Affairs Team, Room 101, Centennial Memorial Hall3. Required Documents서 류내 용1) thesis approval for a thesisDue to a revision of the school regulations, only the original copy of the approval sheet is required to be submitted, instead of the bound hard copy of the thesis.2) Approval for Printing a ThesisClick the link and download the attached file at the bottom of the page to complete the form.3) COPY-KILLER① Log in to E-Class (click) → Access Copykiller at the bottom of the page → Conduct the plagiarism check → Print the result using the Basic View option (one of the three options) ※ You must access the plagiarism detection system through SU-WINGS or E-Class. library Copykiller is not allowed.② The signature of the thesis advisor is required on the first page of the plagiarism report. (Mandatory)③ There is no official plagiarism rate threshold, but generally it should be 15% or lower.4) Certificate of completion of research ethics training Click the link to proceed.5) IRB Termination Report① Click the IRB Guideline link and download the attached file at the bottom of the page for reference. * This is in accordance with the requirements of the National Bioethics Policy Institute under the Ministry of Health and Welfare.② The required documents can be printed directly from the E-IRB website: Click the link.③ If your research is not subject to IRB review, submit the IRB Exemption Confirmation Form: Click the link.6) D-collection thesis copyright agreement7) D-collection online thesis submission confirmationSubmission Available After Online Thesis Registration※ How to RegisterSubmit and register your thesis online through the D-Collection website. Open Period: June 9 – July 4 D-Collection Upload Website: [Click the link]① Click the Login button at the top right → Log in using Submitter Authentication (ID: student number / PW: user-set password)② Follow this order: Submitter Information → Enter Metadata → Copyright Agreement → Upload Full Text (the approval sheet must include sign) → Submission Confirmation(Reviewed by Graduate School & Library) → Complete③ After 1–2 days of upload, print the Copyright Agreement and Online Submission Confirmation (from the “Personal Notices” menu), and submit them to the Graduate School Academic Affairs Team.※ Important Notes① The registration period is open until July 4 to allow for potential revisions. However, you must complete registration and submit required documents by June 20.
