Pursuant to Article 18 (Restrictions on Use and Provision of Personal Information for Purposes Other Than the Intended Purpose) of the 『Personal Information Protection Act』 and Article 2 (Public Notice of Use of Personal Information for Purposes Other Than the Intended Purpose or Provision to a Third Party by a Public Institution) of the 『Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act』, the Lifelong Education Center hereby announces the details of use of personal information for purposes other than the intended purpose or provision to a third party as follows.

3. Notice period: At least 10 days from the posting date
4. Place of notice: Sahmyook University website (Notices/Public Announcements)
5. Date of use of personal information for purposes other than the intended purpose or provision to a third party: 2025.9.24.
6. Legal basis for use of personal information for purposes other than the intended purpose or provision to a third party: Article 60(2) of the Military Service Act and Articles 124 and 125 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act
7. Purpose of use of personal information for purposes other than the intended purpose or provision to a third party: For the purpose of enlistment or postponement of enlistment for enrolled students
8. Items of personal information used for purposes other than the intended purpose or provided to a third party: Name, Resident Registration Number, Student ID Number, Major (Department), Reason for change in academic status, Date of change in academic status
