[모집분야 및 업무내용]

  • 포지션: SLTO (Banking & Planning)
  • 업무 내용
    � Administrative and Clerical Support
  • Perform routine administrative and clerical duties, including preparation of internal documentation, maintenance of departmental records, and electronic document filing.
  • �   Report Preparation and Data Management
  • Prepare, update, and maintain recurring reports, tracking logs, and other routine management information using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • �   Meeting and Schedule Coordination
  • Coordinate team meetings, maintain schedules and deadline tracking, and provide routine administrative support for meeting logistics and team coordination,
  • �   Administrative Process Support
  • Support routine administrative process, including preparation of internal approval documentation, expense-related administration, leave administration, and maintenance of administrative records, and document filing.

[자격요건]
�   Bachelor’s degree
�    1-2 years of experience in administrative or clerical support.
�    Experience in financial institutions or corporate administrative functions is preferred.
�    Experience in preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating routine administrative activities is preferred.
�    Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written) with strong English writing skills.
�    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

– 계약기간: 12개월 파견계약직 (연장여부 논의)
– 근무지: 광화문역 인근
– 근무시간: 08:50 ~ 17:20
– 급여: 경력 별 협의
