Sahmyook Foods Donates 3,600 Soy Milk Packs to Welcome Freshmen
On March 4, Sahmyook University held its 2025 entrance ceremony at the Mission 70th Anniversary Hall, welcoming new students.
A total of 1,814 students enrolled, including 1,381 freshmen, 201 transfer students, and 232 graduate students.
The ceremony included the national anthem, a prayer, faculty introductions, an oath from student representatives, a scholarship award ceremony, a congratulatory message from the president, and a welcome address by the student council president.
President Jae Hae-jong stated, “May God bless your hopeful journey that begins today. In four years, I hope you will leave this campus as individuals rooted in faith, ready to give and serve others.”
Sahmyook Foods CEO Jeon Kwang-jin welcomed the students and donated 3,600 soy milk packs, of which 1,200 were personally distributed to students after the ceremony. The remaining 2,400 were given out during the student council’s “3·6 Day” event on March 6.
