To move out of the dormitory, please follow the steps below.

1. Tell the staff in charge of each dormitory that you wish to move out of the dormitory.
2. Notify the dormitory staff when you will be moving out.
3. Before leaving the dormitory, have the dormitory staff check to make sure the room is clean and there are no damaged items.
4. If the dormitory staff sees that your room has been cleaned and determines that there is no problem, you may leave the dormitory.
5. Please also visit Institute of International Education, Room 108, Daniel Hall, and inform us that you have moved out of the dormitory and where you will live afterward.
