등록금 납부

• 납부 기간: 2025년 1월 6일(월) ~ 2025년 1월 8일(수)
  (단, 대학 사정에 따라 납부 기간이 변경될 수 있습니다.)
• Flywire를 통한 납부 방법은 첨부된 안내문을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.
• 한국에 거주 중이시며 현지 은행 계좌를 소지하고 계신 경우, Flywire를 사용하지 않고도 지정된 가상계좌로 직접 이체하실 수 있습니다.
• 등록금 납부 고지서는 추후 조회가 가능합니다.

표준입학허가서 발급

• 비자 신청에 필요한 표준입학허가서는 등록금 납부가 확인된 학생에게 발급됩니다.
• 표준입학허가서를 수령하신 후 비자 신청 절차를 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

항공편 예약 및 도착 안내

• 비자가 허가되면 항공편을 예약하신 후, 예정된 입국 날짜를 알려 주시기 바랍니다.
• 입국 후 근무 시간 내에 학교로 방문해 주시면 기숙사 안내 및 외국인 등록증 발급 신청을 도와드리겠습니다.

기숙사 신청

• 다음 링크를 통해 교내 기숙사 신청이 가능합니다:

• 3월 학기의 경우, 기숙사 수요가 공급을 초과할 가능성이 높아, 희망하는 기숙사와 다른 기숙사로 배정되거나 기숙사 입주가 어려울 수도 있습니다.
• 신청 마감일: 2024년 12월 31일(화)

Tuition Payment

• Payment Period: January 6, 2025 (Monday) – January 8, 2025 (Wednesday)
  (Please note that this period is subject to change due to university circumstances.)
• Payment Instructions: Please refer to the attached document for guidance on making payments through Flywire.
  If you are currently residing in Korea and have a local bank account, you may transfer the payment directly to the designated virtual account without using Flywire.
• Tuition Payment Invoice: Details for your payment invoice will be available for review at a later date.

Issuance of Certificate of Admission

• The Certificate of Admission, required for visa applications, will be issued to students whose tuition payment has been confirmed.
• After receiving the Certificate of Admission, please proceed with your visa application.

Flight Reservation and Arrival Notification

• Once your visa is approved, please book your flight and inform us of your scheduled arrival date.
• Upon arrival, please visit the university during office hours for assistance with dormitory arrangements and alien registration card application.

Dormitory Application

• You can apply for on-campus dormitory accommodation via the following link:

• Please note that for the March semester, demand for dormitory rooms may exceed available supply. As a result, you may be assigned to a different dormitory or face limited availability.
• Application Deadline: December 31, 2024 (Tuesday)
