Notice on Final Thesis Submission for the 2024 Fall Semester
(August 2025 Expected Graduates)
Please refer to the information below and complete the process within the designated period

1. Submission Deadline: By 3:00 PM, Friday, June 20, 2025 (No extensions)
2. Submission Location: Graduate School Academic Affairs Team, Room 101, Centennial Memorial Hall
3. Required Documents

1) thesis approval for a thesis |
Due to a revision of the school regulations, only the original copy of the approval sheet is required to be submitted, instead of the bound hard copy of the thesis. |
2) Approval for Printing a Thesis |

3) COPY-KILLER |
① Log in to E-Class (click) → Access Copykiller at the bottom of the page → Conduct the plagiarism check → Print the result using the Basic View option (one of the three options) ※ You must access the plagiarism detection system through SU-WINGS or E-Class. ② The signature of the thesis advisor is required on the first page of the plagiarism report. (Mandatory) ③ There is no official plagiarism rate threshold, but generally it should be 15% or lower. |

5) IRB Termination Report |
① Click the IRB Guideline link and download the attached file at the bottom of the page for reference. ② The required documents can be printed directly from the E-IRB website: Click the link. ③ If your research is not subject to IRB review, submit the IRB Exemption Confirmation Form: Click the link. |

4. Application for abandonment of thesis review
① SU-WINGS login-service-student-[graduate] graduation information-Click the application button in the application for abandonment of the review of the graduation thesis
② After printing and signing the refund request form, attach a copy of the bankbook together and send it to the graduate school email

5. Important Notes
1) Failure to submit the required documents (7 documents for Master’s, 8 documents for ph.d) will result in disqualification.
2) All documents must be submitted in their original form. (Strict deadline adherence)
