Introduction

Chemistry is studying the base elements which form materials, called "atom" and "molecule." We observe natural phenomenon and discover the hidden laws to take advantage of them for human life. Chemistry has taken up a large part of modern society and played an important role in economic development and the improvement of feed, lodge and clothes. It is divided into physical chemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, polymer chemistry, and biochemistry. Physical chemistry studies the characteristics and changes in different states of matters. The laws as follows, molecular structures, and the laws of chemical changes. Organic chemistry studies comical reactions, synthesis, and property of organic compounds. Inorganic chemistry studies structures, characters, reactions, and synthesis of inorganic compounds. Students learn to develop analytic skills through qualitative and quantitative analysis and learn to deal with analysis instruments in chemistry. Polymer chemistry studies about synthesis, characters, and chemical finish, and biochemistry covers chemical and biological functions and metabolize of constituents of living bodies.

Educational Objectives and Purpose

According to our educational ideas, our objective is to raise professionals to contribute to human society. With this goal, we teach students humane, Christian, and specialized education which will meet globalization and the information age, and teach students a wide range of scientific knowledge.

Vision and Career

Students can enter many industrial fields such as pharmaceutical, petro chemistry, polymer chemistry, fiber, medicine, paper manufacture, perfumery, detergent, paint, cosmetic, quality control, and so on. After finishing graduate school, they can work in education and research institutes. It also takes an important role to prepare for PEET, MEET or DEET
