2015년 12월 8일, 간호학과 졸업예정자들이 한 자리에 모였다. 그 이유는 간호학과만의 특별한 순서가 마련되어 있기 때문이다.<\/p>\n

간호학과는 5년 전부터 졸업예정자 전원이 한데 모여 밀알장학기금 약정을 해오고 있다.<\/p>\n

밀알장학기금은 매월 3천원에서 1만원을 밀알이라는 이름으로 기부하는 장학금이다.<\/p>\n

간호학과 학과장 김일옥 교수는 “재학시절 경제적 어려움으로 학업을 중단하거나 고된 알바를 병행을 해야 하는 학생들의 견경제적인 고충을 덜어주고자 기금 모금을 시작하게 됬다”고 전했다.<\/p>\n

간호학과는 2011년 6월 14일부터 동문DB를 구축하고 기금모금을 시작해 2012년 1학기부터 장학금을 지급했다.<\/p>\n

1년에 10명 정도의 간호학과 학생이 밀알장학기금의 혜택을 받으며 학업을 이어나가고 있다.<\/p>\n

졸업을 앞둔 원혜리 학생은 “사랑하는 모교의 발전을 위해 후원할 수 있게 되어 기쁘게 생각한다. 간호학과 후배들을 위해 유용하게 쓰였으면 좋겠다”고 전했다.<\/p>\n
