Summary of application information is as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n 2. Eligibility : Your exchange project fulfills all five requirements below.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/font><\/font> <\/font><\/p>\n 1) <\/span>A higher education institution in Belgium\/Flanders (home institution) and an educational institution in Asia (host institution) have established an academic cooperative agreement<\/i><\/b> or have the intention to set up a new cooperation agreement; and<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n 2) <\/span>The Flemish higher education institution, as well as the Asian partner cannot ask tuition fees to the students for the exchanges<\/span><\/i>; and<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n 3) <\/span>The Flemish home institution has selected<\/i><\/b> a Flemish<\/i><\/b> student enrolled at the home institution to send to the Asian host institution, and such selection has been accepted<\/i><\/b> by the Asian host institution. A Flemish student is defined as a student from any nationality, subscribed in a Flemish Higher Education Institution; and<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n 4) <\/span>The same<\/i><\/b> Asian host institution has selected an Asian<\/i><\/b> student enrolled at the host institution to send to the Flemish home institution, and such selection has been accepted by the same<\/i><\/b> Flemish home institution.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n 5) <\/span>If the Flemish<\/i> student has already started the exchange or the Asian student has already stayed in Belgium\/Flanders<\/i> before the application period for DUO- Belgium\/Flanders<\/i> 2016, the application is not acceptable.<\/span> <\/font><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n 3. Length of Exchange : The duration of fellowship is limited to one semester (or 4 months, whichever comes earlier).<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n <\/font><\/p>\n 4. Academic Field of Exchange : Project proposals for the exchange of students in all disciplines will be accepted.
