외국인 유학생의 단순 동영상 강의 수강 제한과 관련한 교육부 지침에 따른 중요 공지사항을 안내 드립니다.

1. 교육부 지침

• 외국인 유학생은 단순 동영상 강의 수업을 학년별 취득 학점의 30% 이내로만 수강 가능합니다.
• 본 지침은 학부 및 대학원생 모두에게 동일하게 적용됩니다.
• 따라서 반드시 숙지하여 수강 신청 및 학업 계획에 반영해 주시기 바랍니다.

2. 삼육대학교 수강신청 변경사항(2025학년도 2학기부터 적용)

• 2025학년도 2학기부터는 단순 동영상 강의는 학기당 1과목만 신청가능합니다.
• 이를 반영하여 수강 신청 시스템이 변경될 예정입니다.

3. 유의사항

• 국제교육원은 외국인 유학생의 단순 동영상 강의를 권장하지 않습니다.
• 일부 국가의 경우, 추후 귀국 후 학력인증 및 비자관련 문제가 발생할 수 있습니다.

대한민국 교육부 지침에 따른 변경 사항이기에 외국인 유학생 여러분들의 양해를 부탁드리며, 적극적인 협조 부탁드립니다.

Dear International Students,

We would like to inform you of important guidelines regarding the enrollment of international students in online video-based courses (e-learning, etc.), in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s regulations.

1. Ministry of Education Guidelines

• International students may take video-based courses only within 30% of their total credits per academic year.
• This policy applies equally to both undergraduate and graduate students.
• Please make sure to take this into account when planning your course registration and academic schedule.

2. Changes to Course Registration at Sahmyook University (Effective from Fall Semester 2025)

• Beginning in the Fall Semester of 2025, international students will be allowed to register for only one video-based course per semester.
• The course registration system will be updated accordingly.

3. Important Notes

• The Institute for International Education does not recommend international students to enroll in video-based courses.
• In some countries, recognition of academic degrees or future visa-related issues may arise if students complete video-only courses.

现就韩国教育部关于限制外国留学生修读单纯视频课程的相关规定，向大家发布重要通知。

1. 教育部规定

外国留学生修读单纯视频课程的学分，应限制在 每学年所修学分的 30% 以内。

本规定同样适用于本科生和研究生。

因此，请务必熟知相关内容，并在选课及学业规划时予以反映。

2. 三育大学选课变更事项（自 2025 学年度第 2 学期起实施）

自 2025 学年度第 2 学期起，单纯视频课程 每学期最多只能选择 1 门。

学校选课系统将进行相应调整。

3. 注意事项

国际教育院 不建议外国留学生选修单纯视频课程。

部分国家的留学生在回国后，可能会在学历认证及签证相关问题上遇到困难。

由于本次变更是根据大韩民国教育部的规定所作出的，请各位外国留学生理解并积极配合。
