Eligible students are requested to complete the application and submit all required documents within the designated period.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>1. Application Period<\/h3>\n<p><strong>October 12 (Mon.), 2026, 10:00 \u2013 October 16 (Fri.), 2026, 23:59<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>2. Eligibility<\/h3>\n<p>Students who wish to apply for a <strong>thesis examination in the Fall 2026 semester<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>3. Requirement Prior to Applying for the Thesis Examination: Thesis Proposal Application<\/h3>\n<p>Before applying for the thesis examination, students must have <strong>completed the thesis proposal application and submission process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Log in to SU-WINGs \u2192 [Graduate School] Graduation Information \u2192 Thesis Proposal Application \u2192 Complete the form \u2192 Apply \u2192 Print \u2192 Obtain your academic advisor\u2019s signature \u2192 Submit to the Graduate School Academic Affairs Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u203b Students who have already submitted their thesis proposal do not need to submit it again.<\/p>\n<p>\u203b The thesis proposal application is not considered complete by online application alone. Students must <strong>print the thesis proposal, obtain their academic advisor\u2019s signature, and submit the signed original to the Graduate School Academic Affairs Team.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>4. Thesis Examination Fee<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Master\u2019s Degree: KRW 250,000<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Doctoral Degree: KRW 600,000<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bank Account: Woori Bank 1006-201-317753 \/ Sahmyook University<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u203b To prevent any omission or error in processing your application, please make the payment <strong>under the applicant\u2019s own name<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u203b The thesis examination application will be approved only after <strong>both the application and payment of the examination fee have been completed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Important Notes<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Due to the revision of the Graduate School regulations effective from the Fall 2023 semester, printed hardcover copies of theses\/dissertations are no longer accepted. Only the original approval page with signatures must be submitted.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>As a general rule, all documents submitted to the Graduate School must be <strong>original documents<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The thesis proposal application period is the <strong>same as the thesis examination application period<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>IRB review may take a considerable amount of time.
