The department aims to train leaders in the field who can contribute to improving the nutrition and health of the nation by acquiring scientific knowledge about food and nutrition. Based on academic subjects such as chemistry and physiology, which are the basis of food and nutrition, students will learn about preventing diseases, basic nutrition, advanced nutrition, and clinical nutrition. Students not only study  the manufacturing and processing of healthy foods, but also dietary lifestyles that promote health and prevent diseases.<\/p>\r\n\t\r\n\t<p class=\"desc-title\">Educational Goal<\/p>\r\n\t<ul class=\"bullet_type01\">\r\n\t\t<li>MISSION\r\n\t\t\t<p class=\"desc-content\">Acquire knowledge and skills that go hand in hand with today&#8217;s diversified and specialized field of food and nutrition.
