Sahmyook University signed an international exchange MOU with the California State University of San Bernardino (now referred to as CSUSB), focusing on sending exchange students and credit exchange.<\/p>\n
CSUSB is a research-oriented state university located in San Bernardino, California. It is one of the 23 California State University (CSU) system campuses. It operates 70 bachelor\u2019s and master;s degrees in six colleges and two doctoral programs in education. In 2023, it ranked 100th in the US News & World Report US University Rankings as a public university.<\/p>\n
According to the agreement, Sahmyook University agreed to send two students to CSUSB as exchange students yearly and operate mutual credit recognition programs (2+2, 3+1, 4+1M, etc.).<\/p>\n
In addition, various international exchange programs such as joint research, academic conferences, seminars, and short-term language programs will be promoted.<\/p>\n
Ji-youn Shin, head of the Department of International Affairs and Director of the Center for International Education at Sahmyook University, said, \u201cWe look forward to actively promoting academic exchanges with exchange students based on the excellent and diverse major courses of the two universities. Through this, we hope to strengthen the global capabilities of the students and foster great talents together.\u201d<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Sahmyook University actively promotes international exchange by signing MOUs with 128 universities worldwide. About 600 international students from 25 countries are studying at Sahmyook University.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
