On the 9th, Sahmyook University held the 3rd SU-MVP Executive Leadership Program (AMP) entrance ceremony at the Centennial Memorial Building at Jang Geun-cheong Hall.<\/p>\n
About 30 people attended the event, including President Il-Mok Kim, Vice President Hyun-Hee Kim, Senior Professor Deok-Sin Oh, other university officials, CEO Kyung-Guk Kwak, President of the Alumni Association, 1st and 2nd graduates, and 3rd term students.<\/p>\n
In the 3rd term of the CEO course, 23 people signed up, including Jong-seong Lim, president of the Sahmyook University alum association, Seong-ok Kim, executive director of Lee Sang Networks, Eun-joo Lee, member of Gyeonggi Provincial Council, Byeong-gil Lee, and Park Joo-hee, director of innovation planning at Sahmyook Health College. The 15-week course will be completed by June 15th.<\/p>\n
Sahmyook University\u2019s SU-MVP CEO course is characterized by its curriculum consisting of four essential topics for CEOs: \u2018Strategy,\u2019 \u2018Responding to Market Conditions,\u2019 \u2018Friendship,\u2019 and \u2018Well-Being.\u2019 It fosters a healthy leader\u2019s life balance by providing systematic education and insights on golf and well-being as well as practical business management such as management, strategy, finance, economy, politics, and leadership.<\/p>\n
Representative faculty members include In-suk Han, the first president of the University of Utah\u2019s Asia Campus, Young-sik Kim, a distinguished professor at the Military Academy, Byung-seo Chon, director of the China Institute of Economics and Finance, Hyun-joo Baek, president of the Korean Broadcasting Corporation, and Jang Sa-ik, a singer. Two nights and three days of overseas training and golf lessons are included.<\/p>\n
Completion recipients receive a certificate of completion in the name of the president of Sahmyook University, are granted membership in the Sahmyook University Alumni Association, become VIPs at Sahmyook Seoul Hospital, receive discounts at around 80 nursing homes affiliated with the foundation, exclusive parking spaces on campus during the semester, and access to the on-campus sports, culture center and the library.<\/p>\n
President Il-mok Kim said, \u201cThe Sahmyook University CEO course was designed to cultivate holistic leadership following the educational vision of Sahmyook University.
