Starting at the beginning of July, the SU Career Design Center is dispatching 85 students to the University of Guam (U.S.) and Victoria University in Australia, for 4 weeks through the Blue Ladder Project, an overseas training program.<\/p>\n

The Blue Ladder Project is a program that offers opportunities for training at overseas universities to passionate and ambitious university students who strive for self-improvement and career development despite being socio-economic disadvantaged. The ultimate aim of this program is to nurture these students to become global leaders.<\/p>\n

Selected students are first provided with a career awareness test, mock TOEIC, language education, and orientation before participating in the four-week overseas training course. The training includes English training, a team-specific corporate analysis project, and tours to various corporations.<\/p>\n

Upon completion of the course, in collaboration with the K-Move School, another training program for overseas employment, the trainees will be provided with priority selection for internship opportunities in the U.S.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
