Sahmyook University held their Spring Faculty Spiritual Festival on the campus\u2019s main auditorium from April 18-22.<\/p>\n

This year, Pastor Choi Gil-ho from the Seoul English Language Institute Church was invited to be the leader and proclaimed the Word with the theme of \u201cThe Word of My Life.\u201d More than 300 faculty and staff listened to God\u2019s Word and prayed over the daily prayer requests with a united heart.<\/p>\n

The spiritual event this year was held face-to-face as the social distancing regulation was lifted. Along with the daily worship service, the festival ran various events to make the week as cheery, touching, and healing as possible for everyone on the campus.<\/p>\n

In the lobby of the main auditorium, new products from Sahmyook Foods and the new publications from the Korea Publishing Company were distributed. The Dorcas Society, SU Church\u2019s ministry, held a special bazaar to raise scholarship funds. Participants were also treated with gifts when they submitted pictures of themselves praying on the campus trail. The hiking trail had previously been closed for nearly two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n
