산림청의 지원을 통해 삼육대에서 산림인성교육 연구가 진행될 예정이다.<\/p>\n

삼육대는 유아교육과 신지연 교수 연구팀이 제안한 연구과제가 산림청 지원사업에 최종 선정되어 7천만 원의 연구비를 지원받게 됐다고 밝혔다. <\/div>\n

신 교수 연구팀은 인성교육과 연계한 산림교육이 전무한 상황을 인식하고 ‘인성교육 진흥을 위한 산림교육(숲학교) 콘텐츠 모델 개발’을 제안했다.<\/div>\n

이번 연구는 교육부의 인성교육진흥법에 근거한 예(禮), 효(孝), 정직, 책임, 존중, 배려, 소통, 협동 등의 8개 덕목과 핵심인성역량(의사소통능력이나 갈등해결능력 등의 통합)을 중심으로 산림인성교육 콘텐츠 모델을 개발하는데 중점을 두고 진행될 예정이다.<\/div>\n

신지연 교수는 “산림인성교육 프로젝트는 ‘산림과 인성’을 통합한 선구적 시도가 될 것”이라며 “일회성·체험형 산림교육을 지양하고, 전인교육을 목적으로 정기적·지속적인 숲 학교(forest school) 접근의 유·초·중등 학교급별 산림인성교육 모델을 개발하겠다”고 말했다. <\/div>\n

한편 이 사업과 관련해 국내 산림교육전문기관인 사)한국숲유치원협회와 협동연구로 진행하기 위해 5월 9일 삼육대 백주년기념관 소회의실에서 협약을 맺었다. 삼육대는 사)한국숲유치원협회와 전문인력 및 컨텐츠 관련 협업을 추진해 산림인성교육의 전문성을 갖춰나갈 계획이다.<\/div>\n
