제23회 외국인 한글백일장 개최 공고

1. 일시 및 장소
    Time and Place
   ① 일시: 2014년 10월 6일(월) 10:00 – 15:00
    Time: Mon. Oct, 6th, 2014 from 10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
   ② 장소: 연세대학교 노천극장
    Place: Yonsei University’s Outdoor amphitheater.

3. 참가자격
   Qualifications
   ① 한국에 살고 있는 만 17세 이상 외국인으로서 체류 기간이 8년 이내인 자 (단, 최초 거주일과는 무관하며 이번 체류 기간
    개시일에 따름)
    Foreign nationals over 16 years of age who have resided in Korea for no longer than eight years (counting from the first
    day of the present residence       period, regardless of previous residence period)
   ② 한국에 살고 있는 만 17세 이상 해외교포로서 체류 기간이 5년 이내인 자
    Overseas Koreans over 16 years of age who have resided in Korea no longer than five years (people born in Korea are
     required to have lived abroad for        more than twelve years)
   ③ 최근 3년 이내에 한국어 문예 작품으로 수상한 경력이 없는 자
    Participants must not have received any Korean literary award for the past three years

   ④ 장려상(10명), 입선(20명), 가작(30명): 상장 및 상품
    Bronze Prize, Honorary Prize, Accreditation Prize : A certificate of merit, prize

6. 기타
   Miscellaneous
   ① 펜, 원고지, 책받침은 행사당일 제공함.
    Pen, file-folder, and manuscript paper will be provided by the Planning Committee.
   ② 점심시간에 빵과 음료수를 제공함.
    The Planning Committee will provide snacks and refreshments for lunch.
   ③ 시상식에 앞서 장기 자랑 및 행운상 시상이 있을 예정임.
    Raffle drawing is scheduled before the award ceremony.
